Follow these tips to bank securely in Online and Mobile Banking and protect your accounts.

 

  • Create a unique password and avoid using your name, birthdate or other personal information
  • Change your password frequently, as often as every three months
  • Keep your Online and Mobile Banking User ID and password private
  • Set up alerts and receive email or text messages about your account. You decide what alerts you want to receive, such as when your account balance falls below a preset amount or when there is a transaction above a certain amount.

  3. Select Additional Services
  4. Select Alerts 
  • Set up a travel notification and for an extra layer of credit and debit card monitoring for unusual activity while you're travelling
  • Use biometric (face ID) and fingerprint authentication to sign in to Mobile Banking
