Ocean Bank Finances Memory Care Facility In Palm Beach County

Ocean Bank has provided $6 million in financing to Tyler Holdings, LLC for a Palm Beach County senior living community.

Palms Edge is a 65 unit assisted living and memory care facility in Riviera Beach, offering kosher meals, devotional services, outdoor common areas, beauty services, offsite activities, and additional amenities to all residents for more than 15 years.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to serve the Riviera Beach community, and the ability to provide financing for the residents of this facility. We look forward to continuing to develop a tailored financing solution and building a relationship with Palms Edge,” said Ryan Welsh, VP and Manager of Ocean Bank’s Fort Lauderdale branch.

Palms Edge Assisted Living & Memory Care Facility is located at 4201 Leo Lane, Palm Beach Gardens.
